Services by All Pros is a South Florida commercial finishing contractor with roots going back to formal union apprenticeship in New York City.
The Company
Octavio started in the trade with a painters union in New York City in 1987, where he spent years working through formal apprenticeship and on commercial and residential projects across the city. The union background shaped how he approaches the work today — disciplined surface prep, proper coating systems, and respect for the steps most contractors rush through.
In 2005, Octavio relocated to South Florida and founded ALLPROS LLC, building a reputation across Broward County under the name All Pro Painting. As his client roster grew to include facilities managers, property owners and municipal agencies, the requests began expanding beyond paint — demolition, drywall repair, surface restoration, full-scope finishing. The company adopted the name Services by All Pros to reflect what the work had become, while keeping All Pro Painting as its heritage identity.
Today the firm serves Broward and Miami-Dade counties, working primarily with municipal agencies, commercial property managers and general contractors. The team stays small and experienced, with direct owner involvement on every project — from initial site walk to final inspection.
Owner & Founder
Octavio has spent his career in the finishing trades, beginning with a New York painters union in 1987 and continuing in Florida since 2005. He works directly on most projects, from initial walk-through and estimate to final inspection. Clients across municipal and commercial sectors have relied on his eye for surface prep and his refusal to cut corners on the steps that determine how long a finish lasts.
